Context

Hirein5 is an early-stage recruitment platform that reduces time-to-hire from weeks to five days. I worked as a Product Designer to translate a complex business idea into a usable MVP across three user types Clients, Candidates, and Admins.

PROBLEM

The client had a framework for fast hiring, but lacked a system to do it

There was no product to bring all stakeholders together

The hiring workflow could not be made repeatable

The model could not scale beyond manual operations

Without a platform, the business couldn’t grow. This wasn’t a design problem, it was an execution problem.

WHAT WE DID

In under 4 months, we translated a complex hiring model into a usable MVP

The hiring model worked, but it couldn’t scale without a system. So we:

Mapped the real hiring operation

Across clients, candidates, and internal teams

Studied how similar platforms scale

To understand trust, handoffs, and failure points

Translated business logic into UX

From ad‑hoc steps to repeatable flows

Made workflows explicit

To decrease ambiguity in experience

Our design response focused on three things:

Making roles explicit for clarity

Repeatable flows instead of ad‑hoc coordination

Predictable UI, states, and copy

SOLUTION

We began where hiring decisions are made: the Client experience.

After the Client sets intent, the Candidate flow carries the hire forward.

CONCLUSION

Expected impact based on research & UX benchmarks:

Reduced client drop‑off

Lower operational overhead

Faster time‑to‑hire for clients

Better Candidate engagement

Impact estimates are directional and based on UX research, competitive benchmarks, and internal design reviews. The platform was delivered as an MVP and not yet measured at scale.

This MVP focused on making a complex hiring model operational: prioritizing trust, speed, and coordination as foundations for adoption, validation, and future scale.
